With reference to Sir H..Just's letter of the 12th February last (6160/1916), I am directed by the Lords Commissioners of lis Majesty's Treasury to transmit to you herewith, for the information of Kr.Secretary Bonar Law, three copies of a draft of an Order in Council regarding the defacing of Mexican dollars and Hong Kong Subsidiary Coinage.
If Mr.Bonar Law concurs in the draft, y Lords will cause the necessary steps to be taken for the submission of the Order to liis Majesty in Council.
